Presentation Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth submission process, please carefully follow the guidelines below when uploading your presentation(s).

If you have multiple presentations, please complete a separate form for each assigned presentation. Do not upload multiple presentations within a single submission.

1. Allowed File Types & Size Limits

• • PowerPoint (PPTX) only with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • Maximum file size: 400 MB
  • Moderated Abstract Presenters: Maximum 20 slides. 
  • Challenging Case Presenters: Maximum 20 slides.

2. Self-Recorded Lecture

This option is restricted to individuals who have been specifically pre-authorized by the organizers.

• • MP4 only
  • Maximum file size: 1 GB
  • Note: You must upload both your self-recorded MP4 and your PowerPoint slides.

3. Submission Requirements

• Include your disclosures (24 months of information) on your second slide.
• Ensure your presentation is properly formatted and compatible with standard software (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Pre-approved self-recorded lectures must be high-quality with clear audio showing both the slide and the presenter.
• Confirm file size and format before uploading—unsupported files will not be accepted.
